Policy Review & Development involves needs analysis, research, drafting, consultation, approval, communication & implementation, monitoring, maintenance and periodic review.

Commercial Arbitration

Arbitration is a private, confidential and voluntary dispute resolution process, which involves judicial determination of the dispute by an independent third party.

Family & Commercial Mediation

Mediation is a dynamic, structured, interactive process in which a neutral third party assists the disputants in resolving a dispute through the use of specialized communication and negotiation techniques.

Adjudication

Adjudication takes the form of arbitration, but is less formal, and is designed to resolve less complex disputes. The time within which an adjudication award is to be rendered may be limited by statute (usually to twenty-eight days).

Training

Training in ADR Practice & Legislative Drafting involves teaching and developing in others the skills and knowledge through a series of courses with a flexible cost and time frame related to legislative drafting and alternative dispute resolution. The mode of training includes; face-to-face, seminar and workshop models, and by means of webinars.
